Selling services or treatments as packages can increase the transaction amount while giving clients the opportunity to bundle and save. Creating a package is simply when you sell services together in order to increase the average order value (AOV), repeat treatments, or to help steer clients in the right direction when purchasing services that are complementary to one another.
There are different ways to develop packages, depending on your business model. For example, medical spas may want to offer packages of treatments at a discount that require multiple sessions to achieve the desired result (think laser or micro-needing treatments). Whereas loyalty programs are better suited for services where clients get a good value after one visit but you want to retain their business long-term (think botox, eyebrow tints, or manicures and pedicures).
