About the survey
From February 21 to March 1, 2024, Restaurant Dive surveyed 151 restaurant leaders from the Restaurant Dive databases to get their predictions for summer trends, challenges, and how the leaders are preparing.
The majority of respondents said their type of food and beverage business was either a cafe or coffee shop or fine dining.
